Lot-2194 In-vehicle monitoring system (IVMS) Vehicle and Driver hardware (Quantity: 433 ea  - Used and Unused)

The Buyer must submit full payment within 5 days of receipt of Requis Invoice, including applicable taxes, fees, and export fees (if applicable), to avoid late fees as specified in the Terms of Use.

Payment can be made by wire transfer directly to Requis, details of which will be in the invoice.

VAT: For local sale where assets remain in Kazakhstan: Requis invoice to Buyer will include a 16% VAT in addition to Bid Amount and Buyer Premium. For international sales where assets are exported out of Kazakhstan, VAT is not applicable and will not be included in Requis invoice. Proper export documentation will need to be provided, or 16% VAT will need to be charged.

Additional Important Terms and Buyer Responsibilities: The high bidder will be subject to additional vetting and screening before bid acceptance and removal of assets. Buyer must execute (sign, stamp, and return) the Requis Bill of Sale within 48 hours of receipt. Buyer must remit payment in full via wire transfer within 5 days of receipt of the Requis Invoice. Buyer will be responsible for all logistics and costs associated with inspections. Buyer must provide a written plan/strategy for exportation of the materials along with the offer to Requis. Any offers submitted without this documentation will not be valid. The high bidder must complete and sign the End User Declaration upon bid acceptance. This is a requirement to execute a sale.

Inspection available upon request and to be scheduled at least one week before the site visit and prior to the cutoff date.

Loadout: Seller will load material onto Buyer's transportation vehicle free of charge. Buyer must provide Requis and the location a minimum of 14 days advance notice. Buyer must provide written plan/strategy for removal of the materials. Buyer must adhere to all HSE guidelines and procedures at the location. Buyer is responsible for checking/confirming any and all export status, fees and documentation for export of assets.

Abandonment: Buyer must remove all materials included in this Lot within 45 days from receipt of Requis invoice. Any materials not removed within 45 days will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be processed.
