All logos and license plates have been removed. The towers have been deregistered.
Load-out: Location will load assets onto buyer's transportation vehicle(s) free of charge.
Buyer Premium: a 12% buyer premium will be added to bid amount and applied to final invoice. Please bid accordingly.
Conditions of Sale Agreement will be provided to the winning Buyer. The agreement must be signed by Buyer prior to release of assets.
The winning bidder will be subject to a business screening, will be required to review and sign a separate Terms of Sale document and submit full payment prior to release of the assets.
For International buyers: Requis will support with export documents.

Terms & Conditions
The Buyer must submit full payment within 5 days of receipt of Requis Invoice, including applicable taxes, fees, and export fees (if applicable), to avoid late fees as specified in the Terms of Use. Payment can be made by wire transfer directly to Requis, details of which will be in the invoice.
For local sale where assets remain in Kazakhstan: Requis invoice to Buyer will include a 16% VAT in addition to the Bid Amount and Buyer Premium.
